Beginning her career as a freelance editorial makeup artist, Hayley developed a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how subtle artistry can enhance not only appearance, but self-esteem. This foundation shaped her approach to beauty — one rooted in precision, balance, and respect for individuality.
Her journey eventually led her to the world of permanent makeup, where she immediately recognised the profound and lasting impact it could have on clients’ lives. Determined to master the craft at the highest level, Hayley dedicated herself to continual education and refinement, ultimately earning the prestigious title of Grand Master of Honour — an accolade awarded to only 40 artists worldwide. Her expertise has since taken her to global stages, where she has shared her knowledge as a keynote speaker within the industry.
Alongside her work with clients, Hayley spent eight years educating and mentoring artists internationally, refining her teaching methods and developing a deep understanding of what artists truly need to grow with confidence and consistency.
Despite her achievements, one belief has remained constant: true mastery is built through passion, integrity, and an ongoing commitment to growth.
In 2023, Hayley founded INKD Academy to bring that philosophy to life. Her vision was clear — to create an academy that not only teaches advanced techniques, but also empowers artists to develop confidence, discover their own artistic voice, and build sustainable, successful careers.
